Hotel is in a great central location with easy access to everything. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Staff is friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Jacuzzi rooms are large and spacious and the jacuzzi tubs are very relaxing.

The beds were comfortable and they were clean. The continental breakfast had a lot of options for the price point. The lobby is really nice and the staff is really friendly. If I had to complain the parking lot could be in better condition. Other than that, the place was great.

I've never left a negative review for a hotel, and usually I'd just not write anything, but this was so bad that I feel the need to warn anyone who is considering this hotel about it. This was, without a doubt, the dirtiest, grossest hotel I have ever seen, period. It was so bad that we refused to stay and checked out within 15 minutes. I made a reservation for a jacuzzi suite for my wife and I last weekend. This hotel advertised suites will full size hot tubs, and they showed a picture of a full size hot tub on the listing for this room, which is why we picked it in the first place. First and foremost, after we checked in and went to the room, it was clearly not the room we reserved. The room we reserved on the website was for a suite with a full size hot tub, which was the whole reason we chose this hotel despite the room being significantly more expensive than average for the area. What we got was a filthy suite with a slightly larger than average bathtub. I went to the front desk and told the man working there that the room was not what I reserved and that it was filthy, so he changed our room to a different one. Room #2 was the exact same as before: Filthy, with the same tiny "hot tub". At that point, I went back to the desk and asked to speak to a manager, and was told there wasn't one to speak to. I asked if there was a number I could call to leave a message or speak to someone, and was told there was not. The best I was offered was that he would "leave a note" and that was it. At this point, I told him I wasn't going to stay and that I wanted a refund, at which point he said he had to make a call (probably to the manager that "wasn't available"), and kept me waiting for 10 minutes while he was on his phone. During his phone call, where he was standing behind the counter in the lobby, a homeless man with shopping bags tied to his feet for shoes walked through the middle of the lobby in clear view. I mentioned this as one of the reasons I refused to stay there, and he pretended he didn't see him. I am not saying anything derogatory about the homeless man, but obviously this was unacceptable. After his phone conversation, with a pretty sour attitude, he refunded my money. Here are the most glaring issues. This was just what I noticed in the 10 minutes we were in the room before we left (pictures attached): 1) The sheets on the bed were loose and very wrinkled, to the point that it look like they had not been changed since the last guest. 2) There were holes in the ceiling where multiple lighting fixtures had been ripped off, and exposed wires were visible. The light fixtures themselves were found under the sink and on top of the (filthy) refrigerator. 3) The cover plate on the light switch in the bedroom was missing, with gaps large enough that someone could easily get a finger past it and get shocked. 4) Multiple pieces of furniture were broken. The headboard had a chunk missing out of it, the wardrobe in the bedroom did not have any doors on it (but the hinges were still there so it had doors at some point), and the shower curtain rod was pulling out of the wall and about to fall down. 5) The bathroom fan was missing from the fixture. The fixture itself had been twisted or moved at some point, and an outline of black mold was clearly visible from where it once was. 6) The toilet was dirty. There were dried pee dribbles under the seat, there were stains in the bowl, as well as a long black hair. 7) There was some kind of sensor or motion detector in the corner of the room with a piece of paper over top of the "eye". I don't know what this was or why it was there. 8) The was a 6 inch hole in the window screen. 9) The bedroom side of the bedroom door was covered in a brown, sticky substance that had been there for a while. 10) There were multiple questionable stains in the carpet. 11) The kitchenette counter still had crumbs of something on it. 12) In the hallway, the ceiling was moldy with obvious signs of long term water leakage and damage. Tiles were stained and sagging. 13) The hallway carpet was filthy and loose, with large bald patches and sections where it had separated, exposing 2-3 inches of wood floorboard underneath. -Addition Items: During my 2 trips to the lobby to try and sort out the room, multiple guests complained to the front desk. This included: 1) A young couple who were told they could not cancel their reservation or get a refund because they booked through a travel site and that they would have to sort it out with the site. 2) A woman who came down stating that she had left her dirty towels in the hall and requested new ones the day before, but had not received them a full day later. 3) The same woman asked for a vacuum to clean up her "dirty carpet", and was told "We don't have one." 4) Another man who came to complain and stated point blank that the hotel was a "s***hole". Please consider this a warning and do not stay in this hotel. It is unsanitary, unsafe, and under/incompetently staffed.

I’m usually not one to scoff at a cheap hotel room- I can get by with the basics, but this place was truly horrific. The entire place is so outdated and smells of cat pee and weed are very strong the second you walk in. Every inch of the carpet in the hallways and room was stained and ripped. Things in the room were scratched, dented, and broken. The smells, oh my, the smells…were so questionable. If I hadn’t checked in exhausted at 1:30 am I would have gone somewhere else. People are living here and there is personal junk in the hallways. Do not stay here!!
